Structural design

· Tank body: adopts horizontal cylinder structure, welded by upper plate, bottom plate and end plate. To ensure strength and reduce liquid impact, the bottom plate is thicker than the upper plate, and the end plate is hot pressed into a spherical convex plate with a transition arc part.

· Chassis: adopts Dongfeng Tianjin, Jiefang Hanwei, HOWO and other medium and heavy truck chassis.

· Other components: including pipeline systems, valves, oil pumps, etc. for loading and unloading oil, and also equipped with safety devices such as breathing valves, safety valves, liquid level gauges, as well as anti-static devices, fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment.

·Engine power: WD615.87 engine, power up to 300 horsepower

Manufacturing materials

·Tank materials: mainly carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc. Carbon steel has high strength and hardness, relatively low price, suitable for transporting general fuel; stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, often used to transport fuel or chemical products with high requirements for tank materials; aluminum alloy has the advantages of light weight and corrosion resistance, which can reduce the vehicle's own weight and improve transportation efficiency.

·Other component materials: Chassis components are usually made of high-strength steel to ensure the vehicle's carrying capacity and reliability. Pipeline systems, valves and other components are generally made of corrosion-resistant metal materials or engineering plastics.

Safety configuration

·Braking system: Equipped with a dual-circuit compressed air braking system. Some vehicles can be equipped with an anti-lock braking system (ABS) to prevent the wheels from locking during braking and improve braking stability and controllability.

· Fire and explosion prevention device: The tank body is equipped with fireproof cover, flame arrester and other devices to prevent external fire sources from entering the tank and causing fire or explosion.

· Anti-static device: Fuel is prone to static electricity during transportation. To prevent static electricity from causing fire or explosion, the vehicle is equipped with anti-static grounding chain, static eliminator and other devices.
