The FAW Jiefang J6V 530HP 6×4 model adopts a dual-drive design, suitable for heavy-duty scenarios such as long-distance trunk line transportation, engineering material transfer, and dangerous goods transportation. Its common wheelbase is 3800+1350mm, with body dimensions of 7.4×2.55×3.98 meters, a curb weight of 8.87 tons, a gross vehicle weight of 25 tons, a maximum traction weight of up to 40 tons, and a top speed of 79km/h. For power, it is equipped with the Xichai CA6SM4-53E61N National VI engine, featuring a 13.2L displacement and a 6-cylinder in-line structure. It delivers a maximum output power of 392kW and can generate a peak torque of 2620N・m within the speed range of 900-1400rpm. This engine is matched with the FAW Jiefang CA12TAX250SR manual 12-speed transmission, which uses an aluminum alloy housing for lightweighting, ensuring smooth shifting and easy start-up even under heavy loads. The chassis adopts a high-strength steel frame with specifications of 300×80×8mm. The front axle is equipped with the new independent F7N long-life wheel hub (with a maximum load capacity of 7000kg), and the rear axle is a lightweight ф435 stamped-welded axle (with a speed ratio of 3.727 and a maximum load capacity of 18000kg for the two-axle group). It is fitted with a front 2-leaf few-leaf spring suspension, and some models offer the option of a rear air suspension—this configuration not only ensures load-bearing capacity but also improves driving smoothness. Additionally, multiple lightweight designs throughout the vehicle further optimize operational efficiency. The vehicle uses 10 vacuum tires of size 12R22.5. The cab features the 2025-style high-roof, extended-cab flat-floor design, with a width of 2500mm.
