Fluidized air cloth is laid at the tank bottom, matched with calibrated manual butterfly valves and high-pressure rubber pipes, accurately distributing air flow to guarantee uniform material emptying with residual material rate less than 1%.
Diesel engine matched with two parallel Roots blowers, independent power unit without tractor power take-off, stable air supply pressure to support long-distance pipeline pneumatic conveying.
The suspension is fitted with gear ratchet tensioner and anti-rust chain locking assembly to fix suspension posture during transportation, resisting frame deformation caused by bumpy roads.
Separated interfaces for control pipeline, power supply and air supply pipeline, equipped with digital tachometer to monitor blower speed in real time with clear marks for quick connection and commissioning.
