The manufacturing process for these heavy-duty trailers begins at Jutong's advanced production facility in Shandong province. Using sophisticated computer-aided design, the frames are precisely engineered to withstand the rigors of intermodal freight transport. High-strength steel is meticulously formed, welded, and reinforced to create a durable backbone capable of safely carrying ISO containers weighing up to 40 tons.
Once the chassis are assembled, they undergo a comprehensive quality inspection to ensure they meet Jutong's stringent performance standards. The trailers are then outfitted with premium components, including heavy-duty suspensions, state-of-the-art braking systems, and energy-efficient LED lighting arrays. This commitment to quality helps maximize the operational lifespan of the equipment in demanding applications.
In preparation for overseas shipment, the finished flatbed trailers are carefully protected against the elements. Waterproof coverings are applied, and all electrical connections are sealed to guard against dust and moisture. The trailers are then securely fastened to specialized transport frames, allowing multiple units to be loaded efficiently onto container ships.
The Jutong flatbeds departed Chinese ports and traversed the Indian Ocean before arriving at the bustling commercial hub of Jeddah Islamic Port on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast. There, the cargo was efficiently offloaded and dispatched to logistics centers across the Kingdom. Local technicians have already received comprehensive training on the proper maintenance and servicing of the new trailer fleet.
